Mgr. Radko Majerčík

• Radko has graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno;
• After completing his master’s studies, he worked at several renowned law firms in Brno and Prague, where he focused primarily on civil, commercial, and labor law, including representing clients in court and administrative proceedings, as well as before the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court;
• Before joining MT Legal, Radko provided general legal counsel as an independent attorney-at-law to several international corporations, including financial institutions;
• At MT Legal, Radko specializes in civil law, with a focus on contract law, litigation, labor law, intellectual property law, and the ICT sector, including e-commerce, as well as corporate law and GDPR compliance;
• Radko also provides legal services in English.
