Mgr. Pavel Herman

• Pavel graduated law at Masarykova univerzita/Masaryk University in Brno;
• He worked for 12 years at the Office for Protection of Competition, where besides other things did review of the legality of the procedure of the contracting autorities. For 9 years worked at the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Rebublic where he dealt with the legslative and methodological activities in the area of public investment;
• Within legislation activities he significantly participated in preparation of the legal norms in the area of the public investemnt, especially in discussion of the Public Procurement Act; He also participate in the negiotiations of the current generation of the European procurement directives;
• Hi is engaged in publishing activites and is co-author of the Commentary on the Public Procurement Act issued by the publishng house Čeněk.
• He lectures topics connected to the public procurement for a long time;
• Within our office Pavel is especially dedicated to the public investment law;
• Pavel speaks English.
