• The current Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association for Public Contracts (since the founding of the organization in 2006);
• Warrantor of suggestions and observations of the law firm on the draft of the Act on Public Procurement, within the preparation in accordance with the new European legislation;
• A co-author of the extensive commentary regarding Act no. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, issued in April 2017 by C.H. Beck in the Large Commentary and its second updated edition in April 2022;
• A direct co-author of the Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Procurement prepared in cooperation with the Ministry of Regional Development and a co-author of the extensive commentary regarding the Act on Public Procurement (ASPI 2006); He also played an important role in preparing the comprehensive Public Procurement Methodology in accordance with the Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Procurement;
• Through Association for Public Contracts is a member of the Minister for Regional Development’s Expert Group on Public Procurement;
• A long-time member of the Editorial Board of the Public Procurement in Practice magazine;
• A member of the appellate committee of the Chairman of the Office for the Protection of Competition for the area of public procurement; within his specialization he has given numerous presentations at various seminars, conferences and workshops and has been publishing articles in professional publications for several years.
