Mgr. Radek Jenerál, BA (Hons), LL.M.

• Radek graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc (Mgr., JUDr.) and Nottingham Trent University (BA (Hons) in Law and Management), he received his LL.M. in the field of international business law;
• Before joining MT Legal, he worked as a corporate lawyer and specialist in FIDIC contracts, where he focused on a comprehensive contractual agenda and claims management;
• Since 2024, he has also provided consultations in the field of public procurement and construction law;
• At MT Legal, he focuses mainly on projects implemented according to FIDIC conditions and legal support in the field of public investment and construction;
• He publishes in professional media and is engaged in further professional development;
• Radek speaks English.
