Mgr. David Sommer

  • David is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen;
  • He has worked at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Probation and Mediation Service, the Ministry of Justice (as an external advisor), the Directorate of Roads and Highways, and Charles University;
  • Throughout his career, he has gradually specialized in the field of public procurement law, in which he has been active for more than 15 years, including 7 years leading various procurement departments;
  • In our law firm, David focuses primarily on public procurement law, with a particular interest in ICT procurements;
  • David speaks English.
