Mgr. David Mareš, Ph.D., LL.M.

• David has graduated from the Masaryk University Faculty of Law;
• After graduating from faculty, he worked as a business lawyer in Brno Public Transport Authority, a. s., where he focused on commercial, civil, copyright and public procurement law;
• He also expanded his work experience during an internship at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D. C.;
• Before he has worked in our office, David had primarily concentrated on public procurement law;
• In 2025 he successfully completed postgraduate studies in the field of Information and Communication Technologies at Masaryk University and earned the Master of Laws degree (LL.M.);
• He specializes in the field of law of public investment (usually also in connection with ICT), as well as law of mining, e-commerce and cyber security;
• David is an author of professional articles in a field of public procurement law and e-commerce, as well as he is a participant of many expert conferences. He speaks English.
