JUDr. Martin Kusák

• Martin has graduated from the Charles University Faculty of Law;
• Prior to joining MT Legal, he worked as a lawyer at the Central Military Hospital – Military University Hospital in Prague, where he devoted himself to general legal practice, especially focusing on contract law, public procurement, and medical law;
• In the past, Martin also worked at the Parliamentary Institute, the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of the Environment, where he gained experience in the areas of drafting legislative proposals, environmental law, constitutional law and European Union law;
• In MT Legal office he successfully passed the bar exams and continues to practice primarily on public investment, civil law (obligation and liability), real estate, medical, environmental and EU law.
• He speaks English well
