was practicing in ROWAN LEGAL, association of lawyers after finishing his studies. During his practice he was primarily concentrating on public procurement and concessions (usually linked with the ICT area or building). He was a member of the team participating in the Public procurement Act preparations and one of the authors of the Public procurement methodology pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public procurement, elaborated for the Ministry for regional development.

Through his specialization he has gained profound knowledge of the EC law of public procurement and concessions including judicial decisions and decisions of the Office for the protection of competition as well as informal opinions and interpretation trends.

Besides his key specializations he has been dealing with the matters of commercial law (mainly with respect to companies) and international law.

In 2012 he successfully finished the Postgraduate Programme in Public Procurement Law and Policy at the University of Nottingham directed by Professor Sue Arrowsmith and was awarded the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.).

He is also a holder of the mediator certificate based on Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on Mediation, entitling him to perform the position of a registered mediator to settle commercial and other legal disputes.
