Graduate from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno.

After David was granted his Master\'s Degree, he worked as a company lawyer in Dopravní podnik města Brna, where he specialized mostly in commercial law, civil law and public procurement law. David gained further knowledge during his research at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. Prior to joining our law office, David was employed as an articled clerk in ROWAN LEGAL law firm, where he was focused on public procurement area. He is our specialist on public investments (generally in connection with ICT law) and commercial law. David also concentrates on legal aspects of e-commerce - he finished doctoral studies in this area and was granted Ph.D.

Besides the above explicitly mentioned legal services, David also leads a team of specialists who provide legal services regarding regulation of mining and environmental law.

David is an author of several articles concerning e-commerce issues and public procurement law. David is fluent in English.
